I understand that my individual services are being offered on a voluntary basis without anticipation of any financial remuneration and I shall indemnify and holdharmless the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and the Los Angeles Sheriff's Athletic Association, The Games board, the Western States Police and FireGames Board, City of Santa Clarita, Los Angeles County and any other government entity, its Boards and Commissions and their officers, agents and employeesfrom and against all claims, demands, loss or liability of any kind of nature for any possible injury incurred during volunteer service. I understand that I am subject toa screening process background check. I agree to cooperate fully with the 2009 Police and Fire Games Policies and Procedures. I give my permission to the City ofSanta Clarita and any sponsors to the Games to use any photographs, video tapes, or other recordings of me that are made during the course of the event.
